At DFox Law, we believe that being a personal injury attorney means first and foremost caring about our clients. We cannot necessarily “fix” what they’ve been through. However, we fight with fanatical effort for as long as it takes to win, and this means we do whatever is needed within the legal system to ease their burden, see that the law is followed, and use our innate ability to see justice is served.
Your rights are more than words, but they need to be asserted. In our legal system, that usually means working with a lawyer to prepare, research, and present your case to the insurance company, judge, and, in some cases, a jury. But it all is about understanding your story, and earning your trust and confidence enough to tell it on your behalf.

Dustin's personal journey
Has shaped his passion for seeking justice. As a motorcyclist, Dustin was severely injured three times by careless drivers. Faced with the adversity of getting his medical bills paid, Dustin became his own advocate, [filing a claim against each of the drivers.]
Fortunately, Dustin won. But in the process he also discovered what an uphill climb it was for people who through no fault of their own find themselves injured, missing work and owing mounting medical bills – and it prompted him to attend law school.
Dustin has always been drawn to clients taken advantage of by larger and more powerful adversaries. At seventeen, he lost his father to cancer caused by exposure to Agent Orange, a carcinogenic herbicide that Vietnam Veterans were routinely exposed to but not warned about.
When Dustin was twenty-two, his mother died as a result of a hospital’s malpractice.
In short, Dustin knows what it’s like to have your life changed due to the negligence of others. He also knows that some people and institutions aren’t always made to answer for the damage they cause to others.
